Getting Started
How do I create an account? +

Open Auxia and tap "Try It Free" on the welcome screen. After completing a quick demo session you'll be prompted to create a free account with your name, email, and password. Your 7-day Premium trial starts immediately — no credit card required.

What is included in the free trial? +

Your 7-day free trial includes full access to all Premium features — the complete brain training library, AI daily coaching, full insights dashboard, monthly health report, and family sharing. No credit card is required to start the trial.

What happens when my trial ends? +

When your 7-day trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a subscription plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, you'll lose access to Premium features. Your progress and data are always saved regardless of your subscription status.

Subscriptions & Billing
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? +

All subscriptions are managed through Apple. To manage or cancel: go to your iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → find Auxia → Cancel Subscription. You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund? +

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Auxia purchase. Apple handles all refund decisions in accordance with their refund policy.

I purchased Lifetime access — what does that include? +

Lifetime access includes everything in the Yearly plan — full brain training library, AI daily coach, full insights, monthly health report, and family sharing — with no recurring fees, ever. All future feature updates are included. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and cannot be transferred.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device? +

Sign in to Auxia with your account email and password on your new device. Your subscription status and all progress data will restore automatically. If your subscription doesn't appear, go to Profile and look for a "Restore Purchases" option, or contact us at contact@auxia.health.

Using Auxia
How does the AI coach work? +

Before each session, Auxia asks about your mood and last night's sleep. Your AI coach uses this information — along with your recent performance history — to select today's 4 activities and set the right difficulty level for each domain. The AI coach also generates personalised observations in your Insights tab and writes your monthly health report.

Why does difficulty change between sessions? +

Auxia uses adaptive difficulty — your level in each domain is calculated from your last 3 sessions. If you're performing well, difficulty increases to keep you in the growth zone. If you've had a tough session or a low-sleep day, it eases to match your current capacity. This is normal and intentional.

Is Auxia a medical device or treatment? +

No. Auxia is a cognitive training app informed by published research. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and is not a treatment for any medical condition. The AI-generated reports are for informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

How do I set up Family Sharing? +

Family Sharing is available on Premium and Lifetime plans. In the app, go to Profile → Family Sharing → Invite. Enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite. They'll receive an invitation and can join using either a new account or their existing Auxia account.

Privacy & Data
What data does Auxia collect? +

Auxia collects your name, email, session performance data, and daily mood/sleep check-in responses. We do not collect your location, contacts, biometrics, or payment information. For full details see our Privacy Policy.

Is my data sold to third parties? +

Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. Your data is used only to provide the Auxia service. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

  1. Cancel your subscription first via iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Auxia → Cancel
  2. Email us at contact@auxia.health with the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. Include the email address associated with your Auxia account
  4. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days
